Lost Dogs and Questions Without Answers

Why do “stray” canines all the time appear to look when you may have the least period of time to take care of them?
In your expertise, what quantity of misplaced canines run away from individuals, and what quantity will come to a stranger readily? (In my expertise, the runners are about 90%, the stranger-friendly ones are lower than 10%.)
Why accomplish that many misplaced canines have collars and no tags? (You can simply use a Sharpie to print a cellphone quantity on a collar, individuals!!)
Why are so few canines microchipped when this excellent expertise permits for blissful reunions years and 1000’s of miles away from the unique canine/proprietor separation?
